Friendly staff and quality work. They'll work with you to fit your schedule and how you want your hair. Great for those who getting off work around 5 p.m. Atmosphere is chill and easy, not loud and crowded. They have a barber as well for guys who does a splendid job.

So sorry for not having a pic of my before and after retwisting of locs, but I can speak on the service and environment right? I called on a Monday and they were closed and I received a call back on Tuesday and my appointment was booked that Wednesday (Dec 1st) with Faith. It had been close to 4 months and I was looking like a wolf by the head and needed it done NOW because I wasn't sure when I would be able to make it back to my loctician in Dallas. Place was clean with a nice variety of music. I was seen promptly at my appointment time of 930am by Faith. I had the ACV wash and hot oil treatment. I had never gotten or heard of the ACV and wanted to try it out. The hot oil treatment I felt could have been better as the heater wasn't totally covering my head and I felt more air from outside the dryer would be my only complaint. Faith was kind, professional, quiet spoken (sometimes people just want solitude and she was able to be friendly and still not be too chatty) and very thorough in her work.
